A massive thank you to Phil at Stafford, always ready to help no matter what the request might be, always has an answer to any problems I might have and nothing is too much trouble, another 5 star customer service experience today, and one of the reasons why Afford Stafford is my “go to” hire company.

I originally requested a 15 seater mini bus to take a group of pensioners on their annual trip to Blackpool ... unfortunately and totally my fault, there was not one available so I agreed to split the party and hire 2 x 9 seaters although bitterly disappointed as the group love travelling together ..... LEWIS went above and beyond and sourced a 15 seater for me at the last minute ... to many this may seem a simple thing but for me and 14 old aged pensioners it meant the world .... he is a credit to the company and I can’t thank him enough ...... he made our day! Afford are a great company, competitive prices and great service .... from reception to the guys who hand out the vehicles..... again LEWIS - a huge thank you x
