Rented a swb van for one day from the Stafford Branch and Debbie, Derek and Phil couldn't have been more helpful in explaining the procedures. The van was new and well presented. No problems with the vehicle. Would highly recommend the Branch to anyone looking to rent a van. I'm back to the Branch in a week's time to rent a lwb for two days.

Only second time of hiring a van from the Stafford site. Quick easy online ordering. Check out of vehicle really swift and easy with the pleasant helpful staff. Van was clean and sufficient for our purpose. Was a pleasure to drive and good fuel economy. Drop off out of hours was really good. Excellent experience. Will definitely be hiring again when required in six months.

Friendly staff and no hidden extras. Pretty busy on a saturday morning but as long as you read the terms and conditions before you go in you wont be kept waiting, car had a few chips in the bodywork and a small tear in the divers carpet but all that was noted when I was shown the car and no big deal unless you like your hire car perfect inside was clean and that was all I cared about, bargain at 58 quid for the day and will defo use again. Minus one star because I think they are Stoke City fans - up the vale
