The booking was made over the phone by the event organizer. I was able to pick the mini bus up the day before we needed it, and was contacted earlier than arranged to say it was available. This was brilliant as it gave me time to fill up the van and drive around to get used to it before my epic journey. When I picked up the van at Afford Stafford the gentlemen on the desk went through all the paperwork and answered any questions and concerns thoroughly and was very pleasant. The van was very clean and in great working order and drove like a dream.
Having never driven to London before, I took a group of ladies including my mum to see Mamma Mia The Party in London. The journey was brilliant and the van was easy to navigate around in and was very comfortable for the passengers. I would highly recommend using Afford to anyone, and if I got roped into driving somewhere again I wouldn't hesitate on booking a van through Afford. Keep up the excellent service.

Really prompt, and as the title says affordable

Placed order online; the car wasn't what was advertised, but was a reasonable equivalent. If you're particular about what model to get, perhaps checking availability by phone would avoid disappointment. Nonetheless the Stafford branch staff were professional, helpful and friendly. If you're shopping around, the company may not be the cheapest car hire outlet, but their insurance policy is far more driver-friendly than the competition. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a small van for a week long trip to Europe. The service provided by Afford was superb and all regulatory requirements, including fully comprehensive insurance without excess was handled by Afford, all at very short notice. On pick up I was provided with a European pack including warning triangle, hi-vis jackets and also spare bulbs etc. A stress-free experience delivered with a smile - what more can you ask for.

Tracey-Anne from the Crewe branch was so friendly, efficient and helpful, she really made my life easier. I needed a minibus at very short notice and Tracey-Anne arranged this for me without any problems. Everything ran to schedule. Overall, really really pleased and will definitely use Afford again!
