I rung multiple times with questions and they were always happy to help. I was even called 'Sir' on every phone call and in person, very professional! I originally enquired to hire a Sportage or Qashqai but was given a Jeep Compass instead. What a brilliant car! I'd have never personally chosen a Jeep but I'm glad they gave me the opportunity to drive one. Brand new car, everything worked, amazing condition and beautiful drive! I'm even looking at buying one in the next year or so! The no excess insurance and £0 deposit was a bonus too! Every other company wants so many hundred pounds on top of the price quoted as a deposit, plus hidden costs, but these guys don't want that. 100% will use again! Brilliant company and Team!

Third time of hiring a van from the Stafford site. Quick easy online ordering. Check out of vehicle really swift and easy with the pleasant helpful staff. Van was clean and sufficient for our purpose. Was a pleasure to drive and good fuel economy. Excellent experience. Will definitely be hiring again in a few weeks .
