I recently turned to a££ord when I found myself without a car and could not have been happier with the service I received. When our house moving firms truck broke down at 5pm the day before we moved, we needed vans, quickly. Despite us turning up at closing time the team at the Stoke on Trent depot couldn’t be more helpful, making one van available immediately and reserving us a second for first thing the next day.

The team were very sympathetic to our situation and did everything they could to help. The vans were well maintained and very clean. Exactly what we needed.

JUST TO SAY FROM THE TIME I RANG UP TO HIRE A VAN THEY WERE SO HELPFUL WITH SIZE OF VAN TO THE BEST PRICES THEN TO THE DAY I PICK THE MERCEDES 9 SEATER UP IT WAS ALL SO EASY THE GENTLEMEN BEHIND THE DESK MADE IT SO THE LAD WHO TOOK TO THE VAN EXPLAIN ALL ABOUT THE CONTROLS AND WHAT TO DO IF IT BROKE DOWN TO WHEEL CHANGE THEY WERE GREAT ALSO WHEN I TOOK THE VAN BACK EXCELLENT SERVICE
