I rang up to book a vehicle over the phone, I was told to bring my ID, once I arrived the lady at the desk took my details and went in the back, she then returned
and said " we don't hire to people who live on this road or surrounding area so therefore you will ghave to use someelse", I missed my meeting that morning
with one of my suppliers and I was offended by this remark especially when I am an asian and they judged me by the actions of one bad person living on that road I will never use afford again!



As usual never Dissapoint brilliant staff like Julie everyone friendly always helpful come from Manchester always.
Top quality cars no hassle paperwork so easy to book very efficient thanks again



I had to unexpectedly hire a vehicle from Stafford 'Afford' for a few days, and then again for 2 weeks - exceptional customer service enabled me to get on with work and life without any disruption - the team could not have be more accommodating! The car was small but did the job perfectly well - this was not a 'smug' hire - this was functional and cheap - and was abso. perfect for what I needed.

And now I am proudly back for more...loyal customer now without doubt.

All in all, could not have been happier - thank you to all at 'Afford' Stafford, top job for sure! Who needs 'American customer service'?? 'Afford' customers certainly don't, y'all!



Excellent service by Debbie and her team for an out of the ordinary hire contract. Car provided was clean and tidy and on return a quick turn around was carried out effectively and efficiently.



Rented a car for 4 days from Fenton. The service we received was excellent, I think the young mans nanexwas Lee and he was very helpful. Car was well looked after and was this years model. We will definitely be renting from you again.
