Stupidly left my mobile in the back of a taxi Saturday night on way back to Burnopfield, driver called Craig kindly came back 30 minutes or so later and dropped it off. He even charged it up for me. Sorry Craig I didn't catch your surname but thanks for your honesty, hopefully this feedback gets passed to your manager.

I got a very warm good morning from one of your operators that I think was called Dionne, she spoke so politely and professionally down the phone. I’ll be asking for her the next time I book and the taxi arived when she said it would 👍

Booked a taxi and our driver was Eddie. He also picked us up for our return journey. What a lovely man and an excellent service. Prompt on both journeys

I'm in Teesside and was given Deans number by a friend who lives in Newcastle. We dropped my grandsin and his girlfriend at the Metro Centre and I arranged for a taxi to collect them and taje them to the coach station in order to get the last coach home. The taxi arrived on time and got them to their destination with time to spare. The taxi was very clean and tidy and the driver professional, friendly and polite. Can't fault this brilliant company 👍
