Driver arrived promptly, very friendly and made me feel at ease ,I also got a reminder that I had ordered a taxi and also got a text to say taxi had arrived at my address and when I got to my destination fare was very reasonable, had the same taxi driver pick me up for 10am again arrived on time ,driver very friendly will be using direct taxis again for any other journeys that I need to make

Like to say how clean the taxi was and the driver was moat pilot, he used his safety code as I put my arm out with down its a sha.e all driver ain't like him.

this driver from afghanistan who drives a brown honda is by far the most pleasant person and driver that i’ve had to date so nice and friendly and can have a very good conversation with him all take me drivers are very good but this guy is next level great taxi service and the rates are pretty good just don’t use the app because every time i have used it you get the fare price but then they take a few quid more as a holding fee without informing me
