I needed to get to work and the taxi turned up 10 minutes early which was fantastic. The driver was very pleasant and professional and I got to work on time. Brilliant service ????

I ordered my taxi this morning to take me to a medical appointment from my home which was fine and as i had pre booked it it arrived on time.
However, i rang them to pick me up after my appointment, and ended up having to wait an hour for the taxi to arrive as well as phoning them several times.
Ir seems this is becoming the normal wait time, as i recently had another medical appointment and ended up waiting the same to get picked up. Its a very long time to wait especially for customers like me who is agony due to spinal / joint problems having to stand for so long and in bitter cold too. However on both occasions the drivers were very polite and apologetic for keeping me waiting. Which was so courteous, but you should not have to wait this length of time.

As always we received wonderful service. We have found them to always be on time especially when pre booked in advance. Their vehicles are always clean, disinfected regularly and comfortable..drivers are smart, polite and courteous and very helpful.
Fares are very reasonable, .
They just need a few more drivers to help with the demand but we know they are trying to address this situation for this area.
We have always received good service and would not use anyone else and we do use this company alot. We wish them every success.

All personnel are very polite, helpful and friendly, the vehicles are very clean and tidy and well sanitised following the pandemic. The drivers are smart in their appearance.
