very good experence hiring a car from fenton the car was clean and tidy. i hired the Peugeot 208 1.2 5 door very good car apart from it went wrong thats cars for you. rung up fenton got it back there the staff was very helpfull even gave me a deal for next time i have hired before from there this is the first time enything has gone wrong so do not be put off

I hire a car at least once a week and sometimes more, i have been doing this since September, i can't fault the customer service from all the staff in the office, the cleanliness of the vehicles from the staff in the back and the quality and choice of vehicles on offer. I would not hesitate to tell people how good this company is. Not had a single problem but i'm sure if i did have a problem, it would be resolved quickly. The loyalty reward scheme is fantastic and i use it as soon as i can.

I hired a car from Afford Rent A Car last week . The cost was great with no excess charge.
I had a flat tyre in the rental car , I contacted an emergency tyre company who came out changed the tyre with no extra cost.
The customer service in the Fenton branch from all the team - Nat,Julie,Ross and Lewis was exceptional . They were helpful and knowledgeable ensuring my hiring of a vehicle was as stress free as possible.
I would not hesitate to use this company again .
