I have been using Afford in Fenton now for around 2 years when Contract I have does not allow for me to use my own car
The customer Service is excellent and it would be unfair to single out any staff, for over the time all have dealt with my requirements
The ease of booking in , picking up & dropping off is simple and friendly as you could get
The staff both in offices and support staff have been very helpful eg connecting phone to hands free and when returning vehicles
It is a credit to the Management team in how the Customer service development as been rolled out across the scope of the business. Its a very professional outfit
I have experienced total satisfaction with Afford and will continue to use on a monthly basis ( 1 to 2 weeks per month)
Finally the rates are very competitive and I always recommend people who need hire to use afford

Brilliant customer service by Ross who works in the Fenton branch. Will recommend them to everyone, good deals and brilliant service nice one.

I needed to hire a van to move a bed, and Afford were just the ticket. The van they supplied had a very clean cab and cargo area. The collection was swift and the return even quicker! Booking on line is discounted, and easy to do. I'd recommend them👍.
