I use Dean to get to work, much better service than other local firms.

Just read about the sad decision to revoke Dean Taxis licence. I'm in absolute shock. I've used this company for many many years and have never had cause to complain. The drivers have always been very courteous and extremely helpful and friendly. It's a sad day for all concerned and I sincerely hope that the driver's jobs are all secure.

Ive been using Dean taxis for work over the past couple of weeks. As their are so many taxi firms to pick from its not an easy decision. Tried a couple of others absolutely useless untrustworthy and felt unsafe. Yes they may be cheaper but you cant put a price on personal safety. In addition my daughter often gets taxis home at a weekend from Newcastle. Shes had some very bad unsafe experiences. Dean taxis rescued her last night and had her back home with me in no time. Thanks from both of us. Nights in shining cars ❤
