I booked two minibuses for a return journey into Newcastle for my hen several weeks ago. Due to the closure of the central motorway and Plate Day at the races, traffic was unusually busy and the minibuses got stuck. Dean’s rang me to alert me to the problem and offered me alternative options. Despite a slight delay we were at our venue on time and there was no issues with the return journey. Several of the hen’s used them to get home at the end of the night and to the station this morning. Fantastic service and friendly drivers too. Thank you 😊
