I ordered my taxi this morning to take me to a medical appointment from my home which was fine and as i had pre booked it it arrived on time.
However, i rang them to pick me up after my appointment, and ended up having to wait an hour for the taxi to arrive as well as phoning them several times.
Ir seems this is becoming the normal wait time, as i recently had another medical appointment and ended up waiting the same to get picked up. Its a very long time to wait especially for customers like me who is agony due to spinal / joint problems having to stand for so long and in bitter cold too. However on both occasions the drivers were very polite and apologetic for keeping me waiting. Which was so courteous, but you should not have to wait this length of time.
