Needed to identify an assistance taxi company for my elderly Father to visit my Mother in a care home for times when I am at work. Completed a trial run earleir this week and used the service three times since. Big thank you to three separate drivers who could have not been better. Helping my Father down stairs and into the car both to and from his destination. Dean will be used for all future journeys that I am unaivailable for. Thank You

I have just left a taxi run by yourself and I paid the taxi driver a bit more than I should have to cover the fare of my friend who dropped me off and I wanted to put a bit towards her fare but the driver made out I was forced to pay more which was not what I was trying to do all I was doing was covering my cost and a bit of hers and he got real aggressive saying I was forcing the the payment by him which I wasn’t . I found that totally out of order and will never use your firm again if that’s how your drivers react to me helping a friend. His attitude was disgraceful and will be making sure I tell everyone about my experience
