I got a dean taxi last night with my son from the QE hospital and the driver started his meter, got out of the car and got a cloth from the boot and started cleaning the side of his car so by the time we left the hospital the meter was on 2 pound. He was driving 10-17mph all the way home and he kept slamming his breaks on whilst we were on main busy roads and he was playing on his phone where the meter was, he was swerving into cars I’ve never felt more unsafe in my life and as a taxi company I once would only ever use as it was normally white men or women who were safe and polite, I will never ever use again this was a man who didn’t understand English much and has definitely not did any driving lessons he should be banned as he will end up killing someone absolute idiot this company is now a joke

Needed to identify an assistance taxi company for my elderly Father to visit my Mother in a care home for times when I am at work. Completed a trial run earleir this week and used the service three times since. Big thank you to three separate drivers who could have not been better. Helping my Father down stairs and into the car both to and from his destination. Dean will be used for all future journeys that I am unaivailable for. Thank You
