I would like to compliment GL19 LUJ I think he he was called Michael, collected myself and son from the QE Sunday morning. He was extremely empathetic and compassionate as my son was really unwell. He is a credit to Dean Taxis and if he could receive some recognition that would be marvellous, my faith in humanity was restored that morning.

You seem to have withdrawn humans from your service which results in no help available.
I wanted to book taxi but your system could not understand simple instructions ie 31 Broadway,Darras Hall, Ponteland. I even gave postcode but your rubbish system couldn’t understand instructions.
Obviously your system isn’t easy to use so I would be really pleased if you would let me know what I should have said. An early reply would be appreciated.

From our friends to our house, not a long drive but he was absolutely lovely 😊 great at his job, so friendly had a great conversation about the football and he interacted with my kids and was very personable, best drive we've ever had with Dean thank you 😊
