I had an unsettling experience tonight with a black cab. As a solo young female, the driver became extremely weird and threatening. Thankfully, someone called Deans Taxis for me, and a lovely driver named Ross came to my rescue. He got me home safely after the awful experience with the black cab in Newcastle.

I just want to take a moment to thank Ross and let Deans Taxis know that you have an incredible driver on your team. He made me feel safe and seen, and seemed like a genuinely kind person who just wanted to help me out of a bad situation. I hope this positive feedback reaches him because he truly deserves recognition for his kindness and professionalism.

P.S. Ross will probably recognize me as the podcast girl (from Girls Bathroom with the psycho ex). Thanks again for having such a wonderful driver on your team

My friends and I used the taxi service to get home after a night out. Of course we had a few drinks but were not very drunk at all, we still were very aware. Mark was somewhat friendly but also rude at times. When he dropped off the final two he shouted out of his window that they had “pissed on the seats” and called them “bastards”. They did not do anything of that manner and were very shocked at this accusation. I find this very bad service, and I would be reluctant to use the taxi service again as a result. We just wanted to get home safely, and were consistently ‘told off’ during the car ride and shouted at when we left. Very disappointed and upset

Picked up right on time. The driver was curtious, well presented and was very attentive. Car was immaculate.

I have used Dean Taxis 6 times in the last 7 days to go with my husband for treatment to the Freeman hospital, all drivers have been very reliable, on time friendly and patient due to my husband walking on crutches and a bit slow, all the cars where very clean and the drivers smartly dressed.

Would like to thank one of your taxi drivers for returning my daughter’s keys she had left in taxi. It would have resulted in her not being able to pick her daughters up from school. We did not get his name unfortunately but thank you again.
