Just to say thanks to the 2 drivers that took me to and from the Sage tonight. They were friendly polite and efficient despite some idiot reversing into us. The drivers opted it quickly and calmly with no fuss and was very apologetic even though it was not his fault. Thankyou once again

I've always used this company, cannot speak highly of you. Tony Dale is my main driver, fab customer service, he's always polite, extremely friendly and brilliant at his job, all the drivers are an asset to your company. I got picked up this evening by another of your drivers taking me into Newcastle, a lad originally from London, what a great guy, you are all so lucky to have such amazing people representing Deans. I've been using you for years, and I just wanted to show my appreciation. I've used many taxi companies over the years, but never quite like this one. I booked a taxi 24 hours in advance for 8am, Never arrived contacted them to be told where behind, Disgusting,I had a hospital appointment which I never made, Your website should state no booking between 8-9am because you do school runs which, naturally you earn your money from, Stuff anyone else!

I would like to compliment GL19 LUJ I think he he was called Michael, collected myself and son from the QE Sunday morning. He was extremely empathetic and compassionate as my son was really unwell. He is a credit to Dean Taxis and if he could receive some recognition that would be marvellous, my faith in humanity was restored that morning.

You seem to have withdrawn humans from your service which results in no help available.
I wanted to book taxi but your system could not understand simple instructions ie 31 Broadway,Darras Hall, Ponteland. I even gave postcode but your rubbish system couldn’t understand instructions.
Obviously your system isn’t easy to use so I would be really pleased if you would let me know what I should have said. An early reply would be appreciated.
