Couldn't book through save 10 site kept crashing estimated cost £8.40 without 10% discount, however journey cost me £12.60!!!!!!! Estimate obviously miles from the truth. Not happy

On Tuesday my car broke down outside the Shipley Art Gallery in Gateshead. I had called the recovery service but was on my own and the car was blocking the lane. I was so grateful when a Dean Taxi driver stopped and offered his help he jumped started the engine but it wouldn’t keep going when the leafs were removed. This kind driver would not leave until the assistance arrived, he would not give me his name or accept any money for the fare he was missing out on by staying with me. I am so grateful for the help and kindness this man showed me. I just want everyone to know how kind the guy with the multicoloured beard was thank you so very much.
