Please seriously consider, whoever was working the call centre at this time, that they shouldn't have a job. Unhelpful, rude, short, didn't care about our taxi not turning up after 40 mins... Couldn't advise anything and when he was fed up he just hung up on us... Twice! Absolute negative credit to the business. Horrific

We had a taxi booked and confirmed but after 40 mins didn't turn up... Rang and rang and rang, got through once and he was rude, short and unhelpful... If like us and you use Dean Taxis you better look for the closest bus stop and timetable and use that instead! Hung up on, ignored, taxi never came... Useless

Between the taxi actually turning up when agreed by the booking confirmation text and the rude guy on the phone who is just completely and utterly unhelpful and frankly rude, you're best just booking somewhere else or like us walking home... Avoid avoid avoid

Don't waste your time... Use anyone else, rude guy on the phone at the call centre. Couldn't care less, hangs up on you. No room for a company like this In this day and age

If you've booked in advance then you're better off walking home... They won't even turn up.
