I mainly use the app to book and pre-book my Taxis, but lately the app has been repeatedly logging me out, having rough signal, not updating in real-time, and right now I'm stuck waiting on a verification code that's infinitely loading, very frustrating

only wanted to get a guide price but asking for card details not very user friendly so will look elsewhere, why do I need to give all my details plus no option to pre book only gives asap or tomorrow

Awful. Booked a taxi on the app in advance with notes to be dog friendly. Taxi turned up and refused to take me. First operator hung up. Second operator said that they don’t read the notes and (despite not telling you anywhere on the website) only dog friendly cars can be booked by calling

Two taxis booked; two arrivals bang on time; two courteous, friendly drivers; two lovely vehicles; two accurate prices - I can’t compliment this company any more on a first class service. I won’t look any further the next time we’re in Newcastle!

I had an unsettling experience tonight with a black cab. As a solo young female, the driver became extremely weird and threatening. Thankfully, someone called Deans Taxis for me, and a lovely driver named Ross came to my rescue. He got me home safely after the awful experience with the black cab in Newcastle.
I just want to take a moment to thank Ross and let Deans Taxis know that you have an incredible driver on your team. He made me feel safe and seen, and seemed like a genuinely kind person who just wanted to help me out of a bad situation. I hope this positive feedback reaches him because he truly deserves recognition for his kindness and professionalism.
P.S. Ross will probably recognize me as the podcast girl (from Girls Bathroom with the psycho ex). Thanks again for having such a wonderful driver on your team
