4 minutes it took to get a taxi to my Granddaughter, who was in a precarious situation, and bring her home. From the time of the phone call to her being picked up was amazing! Thank you so much to your receptionist for the superfast reaction and to driver Paul for the reassuring safe drop off - who reminded me we were all young once. Honestly, your great service is genuinely so much appreciated,
