Once i got my issue with the booking system sorted i had a fabulous experience with this company. i had booked 4 taxis by mistake as no confirmation came through when booking online but a quick phone call sorted that out. we had booked a taxi at 430pm but decided to head out earlier and a taxi came within 20 minutes of me stating i was ready to leave at 3pm. fantastic. dropped me off where required. Also picked up at night on time as well. what i appreciate more was that the driver picking us up at night phoned me to ask if i could just walk to the end of the road as if he had to come along we would hit heavy traffic as a one way street system. much rather walk 2 minutes than being stuck in traffic for ages. Both drivers we had were very nice and friendly. thank you. will definitely use the company again when we come back to Newcastle in the future

Thank you so much for having a taxi with us so quickly after the Disney on ice show at the utilita on Saturday night. We weren’t sure how long the show would last so didn’t want to pre book but called after the show and our taxi was there in 5 minutes ensuring our 2 kids didn’t have to hang around in the wet and we are extremely grateful for this.
